Simple calculation formula
The sum of rials of the order is calculated from the conversion of the card amount and the issuance fee at the rate recorded in the pre-invoice. Because rates and fees may change, a fixed numerical example can be misleading; The pre-invoice is a real and verifiable example for the same order before approval.
Add funds
AniCards cards can be recharged and the recharge fee is 9% of the recharge amount. The amount of the charge, fee and the final amount of Rials are displayed on the panel before the request is approved.
Currency conversion and seller fees
If the merchant settles in a currency other than the card's currency, currency conversion or a fee from the network, issuer or merchant may apply. AniCards does not claim "fee-free on all transactions".
Transaction failed with insufficient balance
According to the current conditions, each unsuccessful attempt due to insufficient balance can result in a penalty of $0.5, which is calculated at the daily rate in Rials and deducted from the wallet. Vendor Auto Retry can also be an independent attempt.
Consider tax, hold, currency conversion and balance safety margin before paying.
Refund
Charges and issued balance do not have the same return rules. Details of failed payment, failed issue and review request statuses are given in the refund policy.
