Questions before payment

Do you still have questions? Ask support.

On what basis is the payment status displayed?

The result is obtained from the actual payment history of each recipient. If a successful purchase has been registered, the status "Payment completed successfully" will be displayed. The initial card verification is separate from the completed purchase, and unsuccessful attempts at other payments do not change the history of successful purchases.

The desired service is not in the list; Does that mean the card is not accepted?

Not finding the service name does not mean that it is not supported. Send the English name of the service to support to check the payment conditions.

What should we check before buying a card?

Check destination account country and region, currency and final amount with tax, Billing Address, balance required for Hold or Verification and one-time or periodic payment.

What is the difference between the internal tests of the team and the history of the adopters?

The above results are calculated from the payment records of the cards. The internal tutorials and tests section is the training content and experience of the AniCards team and is displayed separately.
