Is a one-dollar card enough for Instagram advertising?
Choose the balance from the ad account’s payable amount, not the card’s name. Before running ads or retrying, check outstanding charges, the next charge and balance. Buying or funding a card alone does not remove an ad account restriction.
What does a card for Meta advertising provide?
A card is a payment method for your Ad Account; it does not include campaign execution or lifting restrictions. Check the amount, currency and ad account status before paying.
The merchant payment and the card purchase cost are different
The card purchase total includes the dollar balance, issuance fee, conversion rate and any fees disclosed in the quote. Calculate the required balance from the merchant’s final checkout total, not just the advertised plan price.

Visa is not the same as confirmation
In addition to the card network type, Meta considers account status, payment history, issuing country, currency, transaction risk, and the card's ability to make periodic payments.
The card is tested on Meta Ads; However, the acceptance of each account and transaction is subject to Meta risk settings and controls.
