Before buying a card for Claude
- Check account status, verification prompts and eligibility to use the service.
- Check the plan, currency, tax and total in your account’s checkout. A $1 card alone does not cover a paid subscription.
- If you have an active subscription, check its purchase channel and renewal date before making another purchase.
Pay Claude directly with an AniCards card
- Sign in to your own Claude account, open Billing or the upgrade page and choose a plan.
- Ensure the card covers the checkout total and tax, then enter its number, expiry, CVV and billing address.
- After paying, verify plan activation and the receipt, and record the renewal date. You keep your account login details.
Buying Claude Pro through Google Play on Android
- In Google Play, open your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods and add an accepted payment method. Check whether your account accepts the AniCards card before buying.
- In the official Claude app, sign in to the intended account, tap your account icon at the top and select Upgrade to Pro in Settings.
- In the Google Play payment sheet, check the Google account, payment method, total and renewal terms before confirming; keep the GPA receipt.
Google lists Virtual Credit Cards (VCC) as unsupported. Card type and country matter; a virtual card or a successful web purchase does not guarantee Google Play acceptance.
Buying Claude Pro through App Store on iPhone
- On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping → Add Payment Method; enter the card and billing details supplied by the issuer.
- Sign in to your own account in the official Claude app and use the account icon at the top → Settings → Upgrade to Pro.
- Check the plan, amount and Apple Account in the App Store purchase sheet before confirming; keep Apple’s receipt for renewal or a refund request.
App Store billing is different from Apple Pay. Payment acceptance depends on the Apple Account country and Apple’s rules; a card does not remove Claude’s regional restrictions.
Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund
Do not treat a refund request as cancellation. To prevent future charges, cancel and verify cancellation in the original channel: Claude web, Google Play Subscriptions, or Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
